We're hiring a Placement Officer with a proven track record in the EdTech industry to drive internship & job placements for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with HRs & companies to source relevant job/internship roles
Build partnerships via LinkedIn, job portals, cold outreach, etc.
Conduct resume-building & placement-readiness sessions
Monitor student progress & manage placement drives
Achieve monthly placement targets
Requirements:
Min. 2 years in a similar EdTech placement role
Strong communication, networking & student engagement skills
Target-oriented with a results-driven mindset
