Placement Intern

The Placement Support Intern plays a crucial role in supporting students or job seekers in securing employment opportunities. This position involves collaborating with hiring partners, coordinating placement activities, preparing candidates for interviews, and maintaining placement records. Key Responsibilities: Placement Coordination: - Assist in scheduling interviews, job fairs, and campus drives in partnership with employers and internal teams. Employer Engagement: - Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring partners to discover current and future job opportunities. Candidate Preparation: - Provide support to students/job seekers through activities such as resume building, mock interviews, soft skills training, and job readiness sessions. Database Management: - Ensure that student profiles, placement status, and employer contacts are accurately maintained using CRM or spreadsheets. Reporting & Analytics: - Create regular reports on placement progress, employer feedback, and candidate performance. Follow-ups: - Conduct periodic follow-ups with placed candidates and employers to monitor progress and collect testimonials or feedback. Support Career Services Initiatives: - Assist in organizing career workshops, webinars, and alumni engagement events as required.
