Job Summary

Beat Education is looking for a motivated Placement Intern to assist our Placement Cell in coordinating student placement activities. This is a great opportunity for freshers passionate about career development, student support, to gain real-world experience.

As a Placement Intern, you will support the team in connecting students with job and internship opportunities, preparing them for interviews, and assisting in the smooth conduct of recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to companies and recruiters for internship and job openings
• Support the team in building and maintaining industry relationships
• Assist students with resume building and interview preparation
• Help conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and soft skills training sessions
• Share placement opportunities and placement drive schedules with students
• Collect and maintain student data, resumes, and application tracking sheets
• Help coordinate online and offline campus drives
• Support the Placement Officer with daily administrative tasks
• Gather feedback from students and recruiters post-interviews

Skills Required

• Good communication in English and Malayalam
• Basic skills in MS Office / Google Sheets
• Team player with strong time management
• A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
