Job Title: Placement Executive

Location: Rama University, Kanpur

Department: Training & Placement Cell

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (in placement & corporate relations, preferably in educational institutions)

The Placement Executive will be responsible for managing Placement and Corporate Relations activities at Rama University. The role involves establishing and strengthening industry connections, facilitating campus recruitment drives, and ensuring students are well-prepared for career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have proven exposure in placement activities, campus hiring, and corporate engagement.

Key Achievement :-

• Develop and maintain strong relations with corporates, industries, and recruitment partners for placement opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate campus placement activities including company tie-ups, recruitment drives, and internship programs.
• Facilitate pre-placement sessions, interviews, and employer engagement activities.
• Drive initiatives for student employability – resume workshops, mock interviews, and skill enhancement programs.
• Handle end-to-end placement process – from employer outreach to final selection.
• Expand corporate partnerships and ensure consistent growth in placement opportunities.
• Maintain placement statistics, reports, and provide timely updates to management.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align student skills with industry needs.
• Minimum 3 years of experience is necessary.
