Placement Executive

As a Placement Executive/Officer based in Pune, you will be responsible for meeting the placement and internship targets of technical UG/PG students. Your role will involve developing and maintaining contacts with industry, business, and professional groups in the Pune region to promote the student internship and placement programs. You will be expected to implement various programs such as guest lectures, industry tie-ups, panel discussions with industry experts, and workshops to raise awareness among businesses and industries about the educational and training programs offered by the College. Additionally, you will conduct effective personal development sessions and resume writing classes for students. Your duties will also include assisting students in career counseling and development, helping them prepare and submit resumes, and preparing them for job interviews. In this role, you will be responsible for updating databases and trackers on client contacts, visit plans, and student-wise placement/internship progress reports. You will also analyze workforce databases to identify trends in workforce needs and salaries, which will help in developing strategies for student placement. Furthermore, you will be required to share concise and precise reports on target companies with the management team.,
