We’re Hiring! | Coordinator – Placement & Internships

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) Lower Parel
Program: Udayan Shalini Fellowship (USF)
Reporting To: Regional Manager
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 CTC per month

Language Known - Marathi

Role Highlights:

• Lead career development and placement initiatives across Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar
• Build and nurture corporate partnerships for internships and job opportunities
• Ensure every Shalini Scholar receives strong career guidance and placement support
• Marathi language proficiency is mandatory

Requirements:

• Master’s in HR, Social Work, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in placements, recruitment, CSR, or business development
• Excellent communication skills with a strong HR/corporate network in Maharashtra
