Placement Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Placement Coordinator for the Recruitment-Training-Deployment (RTD) BSDM program in Noida, your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute placement activities. You will be expected to establish and nurture strong relationships with employers, coordinate placement drives, and ensure the successful employment of candidates according to project targets. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture relationships with companies to facilitate trainee placements. - Organize job fairs, placement drives, and employer interactions at campuses and training centers. - Assist candidates in interview preparation and resume development. - Maintain accurate placement data and generate regular reports. - Collaborate with training centers and BSDM officials to stay updated on placement progress. - Meet placement targets set by the BSDMRTD project. Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of experience in placement coordination. - Proficiency in employer engagement, data management, and candidate support. - Strong communication and networking skills.
