Placement Coordinator

Coordinate with companies for placement drives, including scheduling interviews, arranging logistics, and ensuring timely communication

- Liaise with students, faculty, and recruiters to ensure effective placement activities

- Organize pre-placement talks, workshops, and training sessions for students

- Maintain and update student databases, resumes, and other placement-related documents

- Assist in preparing placement brochures, promotional materials, and reports

- Coordinate with other departments for infrastructure and resource support for placement drives

- Facilitate communication between recruiters and students, ensuring a smooth interview process

- Monitor and report placement statistics, trends, and feedback to the placement team

- Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (freshers can apply if training is provided)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and placement management software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong problem-solving and networking skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
