**Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated Caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers over the phone, promoting products or services and securing sales. **Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads - Communicate product information and promotions effectively - Utilize sales techniques to secure orders or appointments - Update customer records in Salesforce or similar software - Follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed **Skills:** - Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in sales or telemarketing preferred - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to develop sales and communication skills while contributing to the growth of our business.
