Placement Coordinator

As a Placement Coordinator at Pregrad, you will play a crucial role in helping students kickstart their professional journey. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with companies and recruiters to secure student placements. - Organizing and overseeing placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events. - Establishing and nurturing strong industry connections for sustainable partnerships. - Assisting students in interview preparation and career readiness. - Working towards meeting monthly and yearly placement targets. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in any field (Business background preferred) or relevant experience. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in placements, recruitment, or coordination (Experience in EdTech is a plus). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities. - Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
