Job Tittle: Placement Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students to support their career development.
• Inform students regularly about job vacancies, internship opportunities, and placement-related updates.
• Screen and shortlist student resumes based on employer requirements.
• Provide interview support to students, including guidance, preparation tips, and scheduling assistance.
• Maintain a complete and updated record of all student data, placement progress, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic proficiency with computers and common applications (MS Office, email, online forms).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students and employers.
• Good problem-solving abilities to assist students and handle placement-related issues.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with students

Salary - 18k to 20k
