*Key Responsibilities*
* Build and manage relationships with companies in the finance and BFSI sectors
* Source relevant job openings and coordinate hiring drives
* Prepare students through interview training sessions, mock HR/technical rounds, resume reviews, LinkedIn optimisation, and industry orientation
* Coordinate interviews, track feedback, and ensure documentation (JD sharing, shortlist updates, offer letters)
* Maintain detailed placement trackers and share weekly reports with internal teams
* Work closely with the academic and operations team to identify student readiness and align training accordingly
* Create and maintain a database of placement partners and job descriptions
