Role Description Provide academic advising and support through virtual platforms Assist students with course selection and online learning strategies Monitor student progress and intervene as necessary to ensure academic success Collaborate with online faculty and support staff to enhance student engagement Conduct webinars and virtual workshops on academic planning and career development Provide technical support and guidance on using online learning platforms Qualifications Experience in career counseling, student advising, or a related field Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills Ability to organize and conduct workshops and individual sessions Knowledge of the latest trends in education and corporate skill requirements Experience in providing personalized feedback to students Bachelor's degree in any field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using counseling and education-related software is a plus Show more Show less
