Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Vadodara. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding educational opportunities abroad, evaluating applicants profiles, and recommending suitable programs or universities. Additional responsibilities include assisting students with application processes, preparing them for interviews, and offering financial guidance tailored to their needs. The Counselor will also collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent client experience throughout the entire application process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of international education systems, admissions processes, and test preparation
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to guide students through application procedures
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide personalized advice and solutions
• Proficiency in using software tools and databases for student information management
• Previous counseling or student advisory experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment; effective collaboration with colleagues is essential
