Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate job placements by coordinating between candidates and employers. - Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates" skills, qualifications, and career goals. - Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills and interests. - Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and hiring managers. - Offer career counseling and guidance to candidates throughout the placement process. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of placement-related documentation. - Evaluate placement success and provide feedback for process improvement. - Stay updated on job market trends, employer needs, and candidate expectations.
