Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Placement Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about student development and career support. You will work closely with students and employers to facilitate successful placements and help students become job-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with companies and recruiters to bring in job opportunities for students.
• Support students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills training (especially in English).
• Maintain and update databases of students, recruiters, and placement records.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on placement activities and progress.
• Provide career counseling and assist students in job matching based on their qualifications and interests.
• Organize and coordinate mock interviews, group discussions, and placement drives.
• Assist the Placement Officer with daily operations and coordination tasks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and recruiters.
• Keep accurate records of student CVs and placement tracking data.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Confident in interacting with students and corporate professionals
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Friendly, approachable, and student-focused attitude
• Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus
