Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator located in Manjeri. The Placement Coordinator will oversee and implement the institution's placement processes, liaise with companies for recruitment opportunities, and assist students in preparing for their careers. Responsibilities include building and maintaining employer relationships, organizing job placement drives, guiding students in developing their resumes, and conducting mock interviews and workshops to enhance students' employability.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for building relationships with employers and collaborating effectively with students
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Recruiting to coordinate placement activities and facilitate successful hiring
• Experience or background in Education and career development to guide students effectively in their career journey
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to manage placement operations efficiently
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment while being goal-oriented and proactive
• Familiarity with job market trends and networks within the industry is an advantage
• Any Bachelor's Degree can apply
