Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a QC Manager - Education at our campus located in Manjeri. The QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and systems within the educational institution. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating teaching standards, ensuring curriculum adherence, conducting audits, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The QC Manager will work closely with faculty and staff to maintain high academic standards and promote educational excellence. Qualifications Experience in quality control, quality assurance, and auditing Strong understanding of educational standards and curriculum development Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with educators and administrative staff Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using quality management software and tools Relevant experience in the educational sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Quality Management, or a related field Show more Show less
