Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Maintain all placement-related documentation: offer letters, MoUs, reports, attendance, and communication records.
  • Data entry and updating of student databases, training attendance, and placement tracking sheets.
  • Draft and circulate emails, notices, WhatsApp messages, and circulars for students and faculty regarding placement activities.
  • Manage filing systems (both physical and digital) for easy retrieval of data.
  • Assist in logistics for interviews, tests, seminars, and HR visits (venue booking, seating, projector, refreshments, etc.).
  • Coordinate with student ambassadors and class coordinators for smooth execution of activities.
  • Provide admin support for alumni meetings, HR meets, and placement reviews.

Skills Required

  • Good typing and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Good written communication.
  • Organised, disciplined and sincere.

Qualification

  • Any graduate with basic office/admin experience preferred.
