PL Revenue Acceleration Manager

• Drive overall revenue growth for personal loans by developing and implementing acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
• Identify high-potential customer segments, partnerships, and channels to maximize loan disbursement and profitability.
• Monitor end-to-end sales funnel performance—from lead generation to disbursement—and optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and credit teams to streamline processes, reduce turnaround time, and enhance customer experience.
• Set and monitor revenue, disbursement, and conversion targets for the team; provide actionable insights to achieve growth objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to recommend revenue-enhancing initiatives.
• Mentor and guide sales and acquisition teams to improve productivity, efficiency, and target attainment.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulatory standards, and internal governance.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management on revenue performance and growth opportunities.
