Job Description

Role Overview: As the P&L Head for the Insurance Vertical at the tech-enabled outsourcing platform, you will be responsible for driving operations, revenue, and profitability for enterprise accounts within the insurance domain. Acting as a mini-CEO, your role will involve leading a multidisciplinary team, optimizing processes, and expanding key client relationships to maximize impact. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless execution, exceptional service delivery, and sustained growth to scale the insurance vertical effectively. Key Responsibilities: - P&L Management: - Own the financial performance of the Insurance Vertical, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitable and sustainable growth. - Utilize data-driven decision-making to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets. - Operational Leadership: - Oversee day-to-day operations, emphasizing service quality and execution excellence. - Implement scalable processes, ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and drive performance improvements. - Proactively anticipate challenges and introduce solutions to optimize efficiency and enhance client satisfaction. - Revenue Growth & Client Expansion: - Drive revenue growth through client retention, upselling, and acquisition of new business. - Lead strategic client engagements, negotiations, and account development initiatives. - Team Building & Leadership: - Build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams across operations, sales, and account management. - Advocate for recruitment, training, and initiatives to cultivate a culture of ownership and innovation. - Tech & Product Collaboration: - Provide feedback to enhance automation and tools, collaborating with product teams to improve workflows and efficiency through technology. Qualification Required: - Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the insurance industry, retail sales, or customer-focused operations, demonstrating expertise in leading B2B operations, service delivery, and revenue growth. - Self-starter with a motivation to work in a high-paced startup environment, balancing execution with the establishment of scalable processes and systems. - Strong background in operations, customer success, sales, and achieving high-revenue quotas. - Data-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving profitability. - Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a passion for developing and mentoring teams to achieve outstanding results.,
