Pizza Operations Manager

Important Note - This role requires regular travel within the city of Bangalore

As Gastronomix, we are building a portfolio of street food brands aimed at providing delicious, affordable and hygienic food to our customers.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can own the operations and day-to-day monitoring of all our Boom Pizza outlets. Responsibilities

• Manage a team of outlet operators to ensure the smooth operation of the outlets assigned to them
• Build, track and review outlets’ key performance indicators
• Maintain and work on improving SOPs for logistics and outlet operations
• Responsible for customer satisfaction indicators for assigned outlets - Google reviews, Delivery platform reviews etc.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote the outlets for improving sales
• Set up and monitor the process for outlet audits
• Maintain accurate tracking of costs and operational efficiency for assigned outlets
• Work with a target-led approach to create definitive and measurable growth
• Responsible for hiring and training of outlet operators

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of work experience in F&B store operations – preferably in the QSR space
• Graduation/Post Graduation (Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management is an added advantage)
• Earlier experience working with a Pizzeria would be an added benefit
• Proficiency in computer usage – Excel, PPT & MS Word
• Excellent English communication skills
• Fluency in Kannada is preferred
• Team management experience of 1-2 years preferred
• Must be a numbers person
• Must be ok with extensive travel within the city
