Job Description (CLOUD KITCHEN) A Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas by following standardized recipes, ensuring excellent taste, presentation, and hygiene standards. The role includes dough preparation, topping arrangement, baking, and maintaining cleanliness in the Cloud kitchen. Key Responsibilities :Prepare and stretch pizza dough to required size and thickness Add sauces, cheese, and toppings according to company recipes Handle Wood Fire pizza ovens and ensure pizzas are cooked perfectly Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and utensils Monitor food quality, freshness of ingredients, and stock levels Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines Handle customer requests for customization WHEN Required Assist in overall kitchen operations when needed Skills & Qualifications :Basic knowledge of cooking or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and interest in food preparation Ability to stand for long hours Flexible in any shifts
