Job Description

Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to SOP. Assemble pizzas with accuracy, ensuring correct portions and presentation. Operate pizza oven—monitor temperature, cooking time, and quality. Ensure all pizzas meet brand standards for taste, texture, size, and appearance. Follow standard recipes, prep guidelines, and cooking procedures. Maintain consistency in product quality across all shifts. Complete daily prep lists and ensure readiness for peak hours. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and storage areas. Practice safe food handling, storage, and labeling. Review daily ingredient levels and report shortages. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for all ingredients. Assist in receiving, checking, and storing supplies properly. Coordinate with fellow kitchen staff for smooth operations. Work closely with service team to ensure timely order dispatch. Ensure fast preparation time while maintaining quality. Assist in addressing order issues related to food quality, if escalated.
