A pizza maker prepares, bakes, and garnishes pizzas, ensuring quality and consistency according to recipes and customer preferences. Key responsibilities include preparing dough, sauce, and toppings, operating ovens, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, and providing excellent customer service. They must also manage inventory and handle orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Pizza Preparation: Prepare and shape pizza dough, create sauces, and prepare toppings like vegetables and meats. Pizza Assembly: Assemble pizzas according to standard recipes or custom orders, ensuring correct measurements and ingredient placement. Baking: Cook pizzas in an oven, monitoring temperature and cooking time to ensure perfection. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the work station, equipment, and cooking surfaces clean and sanitary at all times. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is often preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently while standing for long periods.
