Role Summary: As a Pizza Maker at Y Not Pizza, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, creating delicious pies quickly and consistently. You’re a dough-slinging dynamo who balances speed, quality, and creativity—powering the signature experience expected in the QSR segment. Responsibilities Stretch, shape, and top pizzas efficiently to meet strict service times and customer demand.​ Operate impinger and deck ovens, monitoring cook times and ensuring product consistency.​ Follow company recipes while adapting to custom orders and menu innovations. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in every shift and station.​ Manage prep—ahead for rushes, inventory of key QSR pizza ingredients, and timely replenishment of food items.​ Assist with point-of-sale transactions, order accuracy, and customer interactions when needed.​ Stay nimble: support cross-training and teamwork to help the QSR crew meet performance targets. Requirements Experience in QSR, fast food, or high-volume pizza environments is preferred.​ Commitment to speed, accuracy, and friendly service. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and busy hours.
