Experience in North Indian or Mughlai cuisine setups is preferred. 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare fresh Rumali Rotis to order, maintaining consistency in texture, size, and taste. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the workspace and cooking equipment. Ensure proper dough preparation and resting time. Manage tandoor/rumali tawa heat levels for optimal roti quality. Work efficiently in fast-paced environments like live kitchens, restaurants, or banquets. Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory and request ingredients (atta, maida, etc.) in advance. Follow food safety and quality standards. 🛠️ Skills & RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in making Rumali Roti professionally. Knowledge of North Indian breads and live kitchen equipment. Ability to work long hours during busy meal times. Strong attention to hygiene, speed, and presentation.
