Pizza Maker

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and portion standards.
• Operate impinger electric pizza ovens, monitoring cooking times and oven temperatures for food consistency and safety.
• Assemble, bake, and finish pizzas to company and customer specifications, while maintaining product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation, sanitize utensils and equipment regularly, and follow all food safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels, report ingredient shortages, and assist with stock rotation and deliveries.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Package pizzas and other menu items, plate orders for dine-in, and prepare additional sides as required.
• Dispose of spoiled ingredients following safety procedures and company waste protocols.
• Provide friendly customer service, answer questions, and accommodate special requests.

Skills and Requirements

• Basic knowledge of food preparation, handling, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes, multitask and work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with pizza ovens and electric impinger models is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior kitchen or pizza making experience preferred but not required—on-the-job training may be provided.
• Understanding of health, hygiene, and safety standards for food service operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,684.53 per month
