PFB Job description Prepare material take-offs including pipe, fittings, valves, to support various cost estimates as required by the project Working knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as API, ASTM, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, DOT, OSHA, CFR Title 49 Part 192, and recommended practices Develops the design and drafting of complex piping drawings given basic information such as P&ID's, GA's, piping specifications, equipment arrangement drawings Develop piping models including studies and layouts Reviewing vendor and in-house coordination drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements Review and check bill of material reports extracted from models Working knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as API, ASTM, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, DOT, OSHA, CFR Title 49 Part 192, and recommended practices Plan and coordinate work so the project can be staffed effectively and stays within the budgeted hours and allotted schedule time Ability to take accurate field dimensions and work with the onsite drafting to create mechanical piping drawings Skills : AutoCAD Solid Works Revit 2022 & Navis 2022 P&D Interpretation Piping layout design Technical Drawing 3D Modelling ASME Codes & Engineering Standard Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: SolidWorks: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Ambernath, Thane, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
