Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Pilates Instructor. The role includes designing and leading engaging Pilates and Barre sessions for groups and individuals, addressing specific fitness goals such as flexibility, strength, and rehabilitation. The instructor will ensure proper technique, provide personalized feedback, and create a welcoming and motivating environment for clients. Excellent communication, great work ethic & interpersonal skills are expected to cater to clients of all levels and needs.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise techniques is preferable
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and foster a supportive community
• Teaching experience with the ability to provide clear instructions and modifications for varying skill levels
• Fitness certifications are a bonus
• Enthusiasm for health and fitness, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Adept at managing schedules and group dynamics
