Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pilates Instructor at our studio in New Delhi. The Pilates Instructor will lead individual and group training sessions, tailoring workouts to clients' fitness levels and goals. Duties include demonstrating proper form, providing guidance to ensure safe and effective movement, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment. The role also involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and helping them achieve a healthier lifestyle through Pilates.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Pilates Instruction, with the ability to teach both individuals and groups
Experience in Group Exercise and Physical Therapy to accommodate diverse needs and fitness levels
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
Teaching experience with strong communication and motivational abilities
Knowledge of Pilates equipment and techniques
Certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized institution is preferred
Passion for health and fitness and a commitment to client wellbeing
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
