About the Role

Pickleball Coach

3-day-a-week schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development

  : Design and implement a structured player development pathway for all skill levels.

• On-Court Instruction

  : Conduct engaging group clinics and private lessons.

• Community Building

  : Foster a welcoming and competitive environment for players.

• Progression Tracking

  : Evaluate player progress and move them through the levels of your developed curriculum.

• Social Media Traction

  : Personal Branding and Social media presence to help grow their own and the academic profile

Requirements

• Certification

  : Must be a licensed coach by the All India Pickleball Association (AIPA) or willing to attain.

• Experience

  : Proven ability to coach multiple skill levels (Beginner to Expert).

• Availability

  : Must be available 3 days per week (schedule to be discussed).

• Skills

  : Strong communication, leadership, and a deep understanding of pickleball strategy and mechanics.
