Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Chess Coach located in Adyar, Chennai. The Chess Coach will be responsible for developing and delivering chess training programs, instructing students of various skill levels, organizing and supervising practice sessions and matches, and providing individualized coaching to enhance players' strategic thinking and performance. The role also involves tracking and assessing students’ progress and preparing them for competitions. Qualifications Thorough knowledge of chess strategies and techniques Experience in coaching or teaching chess Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire students Organizational and planning skills for managing training programs and matches Patience and the ability to work with students of varying ages and skill levels Proficiency in English or the local language Previous experience in competitive chess is a plus Schedule 3 Classes per week (Monday - Wednesday - Friday) - (5-6 pm) Subject to changes as per Batch availability

Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Football Coach located in Chennai for three of our branches (Injambakkam, Kolathur and Aminjikarai). As a Football Coach, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, and mentoring players to enhance their skills. Additionally, you will organize and oversee matches and drills, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship among players. Timings Injambakkam (Monday - Wednesday - Friday 5-6 pm) Kolathur (Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday 6-7 pm) Aminjikarai (Monday - Wednesday - Friday 6-7 pm) Qualifications Football Coaching and Coaching skills Experience in Football and in conducting training sessions Strong Communication skills Ability to motivate and inspire players AIFF D - License recommended , Freshers are also welcome with training being provided Previous coaching experience is beneficial Strong organizational and leadership abilities Salary This is a part time role which is recommended for candidates staying in nearby locations of the training centers Payment will be done on a session basis with standard market pay.

About the Role We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Pickleball Coach to lead our coaching program. You will be responsible for introducing beginners to the sport, refining the skills of intermediate players, and challenging our expert-level members. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow with us. We are starting with a 3-day-a-week schedule , with a clear roadmap to transition into a Full-time Lead Coach role as our community expands. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development : Design and implement a structured player development pathway for all skill levels. On-Court Instruction : Conduct engaging group clinics and private lessons. Community Building : Foster a welcoming and competitive environment for players. Progression Tracking : Evaluate player progress and move them through the levels of your developed curriculum. Social Media Traction : Personal Branding and Social media presence to help grow their own and the academic profile Requirements Certification : Must be a licensed coach by the All India Pickleball Association (AIPA) or willing to attain. Experience : Proven ability to coach multiple skill levels (Beginner to Expert). Availability : Must be available 3 days per week (schedule to be discussed).
