Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Physiotherapist. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing tailored therapy treatments to improve patients' physical health and mobility. Day-to-day tasks include conducting physical assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, aiding in recovery from injuries or surgeries, monitoring patient progress, and providing education about at-home exercises and rehabilitation practices. Maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with other healthcare professionals are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in physiotherapy, including patient assessment, therapy planning, and treatment implementation
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and effectively interact with patients of diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and the ability to provide support for chronic conditions and post-surgical recovery
• Skills in observing, monitoring, and tracking patient progress with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
• Relevant professional registration or licensing required for practicing physiotherapy
• Prior experience in a clinical or home care setting will be an advantage
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to improving patient well-being
