PGT Physics (Female only) with B.Ed. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate PGT Physics Teacher to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching Biology at the secondary level and be well-versed in the CBSE curriculum. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Biology education, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring academic excellence. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and engagement. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance, attendance, and other essential information. Develop and implement strategies to help students improve their understanding and performance in Biology. Prepare students for CBSE board examinations by conducting regular revisions and mock tests. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and other school activities. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and personal growth. Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics education and integrate new teaching techniques and resources. Qualifications and Requirements: UG or PG in Physics & B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Proven experience in teaching Physics at the secondary level, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school. Strong knowledge of the CBSE Physics syllabus and examination pattern. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment. Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. Strong organizational and time management skills.
