Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and engagement. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance, attendance, and other essential information. Develop and implement strategies to help students improve their understanding and performance in Chemistry. Prepare students for CBSE board examinations by conducting regular revisions and mock tests. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and other school activities. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and personal growth. Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry education and integrate new teaching techniques and resources. Qualifications and Requirements: UG or PG in Chemistry & B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Proven experience in teaching Chemistry at the secondary level, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school. Strong knowledge of the CBSE Chemistry syllabus and examination pattern. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment. Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends.
