📝 Responsibilities:Content Delivery & Teaching Teach Physics (Class 11, 12, NEET, JEE, EAMCET) in an engaging, student-friendly manner. Record and conduct YouTube live classes with high energy and clear explanations. Use digital boards, smart boards, and presentations for effective teaching. YouTube & Digital Presence Plan video content and collaborate with the media team for shoots. Simplify complex concepts into short, viral-friendly explanations (Reels, Shorts, etc.). Engage with students through comments, Q&A, and live chat during sessions. Content Development Prepare high-quality notes, questions, and problem-solving strategies. Suggest trending topics and hooks to boost viewership and student engagement. Student Interaction & Mentorship Solve student doubts (both live and recorded). Motivate students and create a strong online learning community. Team Coordination Work with video editors, thumbnail designers, and digital marketing team. Align content with Spark Academy’s YouTube growth strategy.
