🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:📞 Reception & CommunicationGreet and guide walk-in students and parents Handle incoming calls and maintain call logs Share program details, fee structure, and batch information clearly 🗂️ Administration & CoordinationMaintain attendance records for students and staff Update daily reports in Google Sheets or attendance apps (e.g., Pagarbook) Coordinate with teaching faculty for class updates, schedule changes 📚 Admissions SupportCollect and verify student documents during admission Assist in registration, fee collection, and follow-up calls for due fees Maintain records of inquiries and conversion status 🧾 Center Upkeep & InventoryEnsure cleanliness and basic upkeep of front desk and waiting area Track usage of stationery and classroom materials Report maintenance issues proactively 👥 Liaison & ReportingAct as a communication bridge between students, parents, faculty, and management Submit daily center status report via WhatsApp group (includes footfall, issues, updates) ✅ Requirements:12th Pass / Any Degree; Freshers can apply Basic computer skills: MS Office, Google Forms, WhatsApp Business Good spoken Telugu, basic English/Hindi Polite, presentable, punctual, and proactive
