Role Overview

We are seeking a

seasoned PHP Tech Lead

who can take ownership of end-to-end development while guiding and inspiring a team of developers. This role demands strong hands-on expertise in PHP and Laravel, along with experience in

e-commerce platforms, WordPress development, and system architecture.

You will play a critical role in technical decision-making, delivery excellence, and team leadership.🛠️

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the PHP development team.
Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using
PHP & Laravel
Ensure high code quality through reviews, standards, and best practices
Lead WordPress customization including themes, plugins, and custom modules
Manage and integrate e-commerce solutions using
Magento, Shopify, and Prestashop
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability challenges.
Research and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
Define and drive the technical roadmap for ongoing and upcoming projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development with strong

Laravel expertise

Proven experience in leading development teams and complex projectsDeep understanding of

MVC frameworks and object-oriented programming

Strong experience in

WordPress development and customization

Hands-on knowledge of

Magento, Shopify, and Prestashop platforms

Proficiency in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities🎁
