We are seeking a dedicated Phone Banking Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with banking services.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries and support.
Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
Assist customers with account-related queries and issues.

Achieve individual and team targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
