Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Phone Banking Executive. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone to provide banking-related assistance, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized solutions. The Phone Banking Executive will maintain accurate customer records, promote banking products, and deliver exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer service, telephone handling, and relationship building
• Basic knowledge of banking processes and financial services
• Proficiency in multitasking, time management, and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration is a plus
• Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment is advantageous
