• Collect, process, and analyze data from various internal systems and external sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define KPIs and performance metrics.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover business insights and support strategic planning.
• Use statistical techniques to develop predictive models or support A/B testing.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by validating datasets and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Document data processes and maintain version control for reports and code.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with data analysis tools/languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Experience in e-commerce industry
• Understanding of basic statistical methods and predictive analytics.
• Should have minimum 6 months career gap at present.
