Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and inventory management Excellent leadership and team management skills Proficiency in stock management, storage, and dispensing processes Ability to implement and monitor quality assurance protocols Familiar with hospital pharmacy guidelines and compliance regulations Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in hospital management systems and software Ability to train and mentor staff Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Roles Responsibilities: Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and expiry tracking Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and patients regarding medication needs Collect requisition forms from doctors and present them to the pharmacy committee for review and approval Ensure compliance with drug safety guidelines and legal regulations Prepare and maintain accurate pharmacy reports and documentation Provide guidance and training to pharmacy staff Drug licensing and their periodic renewal
