Pharmacy Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team at Hayat Dawaa Dukaan, a trusted and customer-focused medical store. The ideal candidate will assist in daily store operations including sales, medicine handling, stock management, and customer service. A background in pharmacy or retail healthcare will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines accurately as per prescription and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards.
• Provide information to customers on dosage, side effects, and storage of medications.
• Maintain stock levels, check expiry dates, and update inventory regularly.
• Assist in procurement and restocking of medicines and products.
• Handle billing and cash/card transactions using POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
• Assist with home delivery coordination (if applicable).
• Build good customer relations and provide health-related guidance when needed.
• Follow all regulatory and safety guidelines as per pharmacy laws.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations.
• Prior experience in a medical store or healthcare retail preferred.
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Diploma/Bachelor in Pharmacy or equivalent preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
