Job Summary : We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team at Hayat Dawaa Dukaan , a trusted and customer-focused medical store. The ideal candidate will assist in daily store operations including sales, medicine handling, stock management, and customer service. A background in pharmacy or retail healthcare will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities Dispense medicines accurately as per prescription and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards. Provide information to customers on dosage, side effects, and storage of medications. Maintain stock levels, check expiry dates, and update inventory regularly. Assist in procurement and restocking of medicines and products. Handle billing and cash/card transactions using POS system. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store. Assist with home delivery coordination (if applicable). Build good customer relations and provide health-related guidance when needed. Follow all regulatory and safety guidelines as per pharmacy laws. Preferred Qualifications/Skills Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations. Prior experience in a medical store or healthcare retail preferred. Good communication skills and customer service attitude. Diploma/Bachelor in Pharmacy or equivalent preferred.
