- Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies - Provide expert advice and guidance on the safe use of medications to both patients and healthcare providers - Conduct health and wellness screenings, administer immunizations, and oversee medication management programs - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapies and improve patient outcomes - Maintain detailed and accurate pharmaceutical records, including patient profiles and inventory management - Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceuticals and healthcare to provide the most current information to customers and staff - Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians and other support staff, ensuring efficient and safe pharmacy operations - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to prescriptions or pharmaceutical services

Required Qualifications

- A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution - Valid state pharmacy license in good standing - Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and team members - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment - Experience with pharmacy software and systems for record-keeping and patient management
