Role: Supply Chain Business Analyst

Notice: Immediate to maximum 15 days

JD:

The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team. They are responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, facilitating communication, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business needs. The role typically supports strategic initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and digital transformation projects.

• Core Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation

 Collaborate with business SMEs to elicit and document business, user, and functional requirements

 Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications

2. Stakeholder Engagement

 Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers to ensure alignment on priorities and scope

 Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities

3. Project Management Support

 Create and manage Jira tasks, define acceptance criteria, and support sprint planning

 Act as interim Scrum Master when needed, conducting agile ceremonies

4. Testing & Validation

 Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), formal testing during major releases, and bug triage

 Collaborate with testers and developers to validate data and resolve issues

5. Operational Excellence

 Monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of features

 Engage in estimation discussions and prioritization of tasks

6. Continuous Improvement

 Identify opportunities for process optimization and solution standardization across the network

Technical Skills: Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, Jira, ALM, and data validation tools

o Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
