Supervision of Nutraceutical Production

Manufacturing Responsibilities

1. Monitor and supervise the production process

   for nutraceutical products, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

2. Evaluate work in progress (WIP)

   and resolve production, quality, equipment, and process-related issues by coordinating with relevant departments and taking real-time decisions.

3. Execute assigned Continuous Improvement (CI)

   and

   Operational Excellence

   initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

4. Create, review, and update Master Batch Records (MBRs)

   as required.

5. Review and approve completed batch records

   , test data, inspection forms, and other production documents for accuracy and compliance.

6. Maintain system access and user roles

   for process-related equipment and digital systems.

7. Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

   and submit them for supervisor/manager approval.

8. Resolve packaging-related issues

   in coordination with the packaging and quality teams.

9. Complete all mandatory training requirements

   and ensure full compliance with assigned modules.

10. Maintain work areas in a safe, clean, and efficient manner

    following company policies, GMP/cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and batch processing instructions.

11. Enforce safe work practices

    and ensure that company standards, safety norms, and regulatory guidelines are strictly followed.

12. Perform any additional related duties

    as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and compliance with pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing regulations
• Experience in process optimization, equipment management, and production planning
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and train production staff effectively
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience working in WHO-approved manufacturing facilities preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field, with a focus on pharmaceutical or nutraceutical production
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality assurance is essential
