Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Office / Front Desk Staff to join our team at LPS GLOBAL SCHOOL. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch support to our students, parents, and staff.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the front desk and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and students.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Provide administrative support to the school administration and teachers.
Maintain accurate records and databases with up-to-date information.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications is required.
