Job Summary - As a PGT English Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional English instruction to senior secondary students. Your responsibilities will include crafting engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and actively contributing to both their academic achievements and personal development. This position demands a genuine passion for teaching, a profound knowledge of English literature and language, and the ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver advanced English lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and objectives.
• Evaluate student progress through a variety of assessment methods, including exams, written assignments, and oral presentations.
• Offer targeted feedback and support to help students refine their language skills and achieve academic growth.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation and collaboration.
• Work closely with fellow educators, school staff, and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
• Continuously explore and incorporate the latest teaching strategies and educational trends to enhance student learning.
• Guide students in preparing for key assessments, ensuring they are well-prepared to succeed in their academic goals.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in English Literature or a related field.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree or relevant teaching certification.
• Proven experience teaching English at the senior secondary level.
• Strong understanding of English grammar, literature, and composition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)

Working Shift: Morning Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• English teaching: 3 years (Preferred)
